Biography

With over 15 years of experience in Group Exercise and Dance, I’m on a mission to inspire others to embrace the power of Health and Wellness! After earning my B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Athletic Training, I launched my career as a Personal Trainer, blending my love for movement with my passion for helping people thrive.

I’m all about variety and constantly pushing boundaries. Over the years, I’ve dived into Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Capoeira), and Dance (Tahitian, Afro-Brazilian, Afro-Haitian, and Samba). My journey in Samba has been a whirlwind—winning the title of “Queen of Carnaval” in both San Francisco (2010) and Santa Barbara (2013) was an unforgettable honor! Now, I train with Alex Coutinho and Jorge Amarelloh, directors of G.R.E.S Paraíso do Tuiuti.

As a Personal Trainer, I know that no two people are the same, and neither should their programs be! Specializing in prehab and mobility, I focus on preventing injuries, correcting dysfunctions, and boosting flexibility, strength, and range of motion. I love getting to know my clients and creating tailored programs that perfectly fit their unique needs, goals, and lifestyles.

Currently, I’m a movement instructor at Banyan Tree Women’s Collective, and I continue to teach dance and personal training classes throughout the Bay Area. Ready to move? Check out my Class Schedule and join me for a fun, energizing session!
